How can I change my hosting account password?

If you wish to change your web hosting account's password and you know your current login details, you can do so from within the Cpanel.

Login to the Cpanel and click on the 'change password' icon. Your new password will need to satisfy the requirements of a secure password. It must contain both letters and numbers.

Next time you log into the cpanel or FTP, you will need to re-enter your username and the new password.

If you have forgotten your current Cpanel/FTP details send an email to support@mhost.com.au requesting we reset your hosting access details. Be sure to include your hosted domain name in the request.
