Why can't I send emails using your server?

If you are using Bigpond, you will not be allowed to use our server to send emails. You can read about this here:

http://bigpond.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/bigpond.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=5562

Many other ISP's are putting this sort of policy into effect. What it generally means is that if you have an account with an ISP you will have to use that ISP's mail server to send. We cannot help you with this, you will need to contact your ISP for these details.
